The majority of our hamper contents are made by small artisan producers. Due to the fluctuations in demand for these products we do reserve the right to make like for like substitutions whenever necessary.
If you are at all concerned about any allergens in any of the products in this hamper please contact us direct so that we can make sure your purchase is suitable for the recipient.
Fresh food hampers must be signed for on delivery, please ensure your recipient will be available to receive it on the chosen delivery date as we cannot guarantee that the perishable products will still be consumable if we are unable to complete first time delivery.
We are unable to offer product refunds for failed first time deliveries that are due to the recipient not being at home or due to us having been provided with incorrect delivery details.
Fresh food gifts can only be delivered on a Tuesday through to Saturday as we cannot guarantee proper cold storage of the perishable products over a weekend.
We do not deliver fresh food items to Highlands or Islands.
